Average Monthly Payment

Our Average Monthly Payment plan – puts bills on a more even track, year-round. With AMP, you pay an amount each month based on your average monthly electrical usage. That way, you spread the costs of cooling over the whole year. And that makes budgeting – and summer bill payment – a whole lot easier.

In Person or Over the Phone

Payments can be made at any of our three offices listed below at any time between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding holidays. 

Don't wish to come in but still want to pay with a real person? Just give us a call at 1 (800) 780-6486 and a friendly customer service representative can take your payment over the phone.

Forgot to pay during business hours and would like to pay by phone? We've got you covered there, too! Give us a call at 1 (800) 780-6486 and the voice response will have an option for paying using our automated system. Payments made through this are applied to your account automatically.

We can also set up bank drafts to automatically deduct your payment each month.


Multiple Kiosk locations have been set up this past year, and will accept cash, check and credit card payments. Payments made to these kiosks require you to enter your account number and are posted automatically to your account.

Night Deposit

Night deposit boxes are located at each of our locations and are checked first thing every business day. WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT PLACE CASH IN THE NIGHT DEPOSIT BOX.

Prepaid Metering

Prepaid metering is a pay as you go electric service. You pay in advance for the electricity you will be using.

Payments may be made daily, weekly, or monthly, as long as a credit balance is maintained.


Smarthub allows payments to be made either online using any internet connected device, as well as a smart phone app available for both iOS and Android devices. Automatic payments may be set up if a member wishes to have their bill paid on time without needing to remember to do so.
