Annual Meeting Information

The annual meeting of the members will be held on September 22, 2018 at the McCurtain County Fairgrounds in Idabel.  


Section 3.04 Quorum 

Business may not be transacted at any meeting of the members unless there is a Quorum of five percent (5%) of the Membership. A quorum of Members is five percent (5%) of current Cooperative Members (“Member Quorum”) who are present in person or who cast a vote by mail. If less than a Member Quorum is present in person, or cast a vote by mail at the Annual Members Meeting or business could not be conducted for any reason, a date will be set for the purpose of holding an Annual Meeting to conduct business within ninety (90) days of the original scheduled date.


The purpose of the meeting is the electing of directors, voting on bylaw revisions or additions, and passing reports for the previous fiscal year. 


This year, District D, E, and F are open for election. Prospective board members should start by attending at least one board meeting, reading our bylaws, and completing the application and questionnaire that will be used to create your bio for the newsletter and annual meeting information. 


Packets with more information and the required information needed to run for the Board of Trustees is available at each CEC location or you can click here to download a complete packet. Applications to  should be returned to CEC by July 24, 2018.

Vendors

Booth spaces are available to interested parties at no cost and are on a first come, first serve basis.


Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and electrical cords.
